About pop-up and redirect blockers

Availity: Configure pop-up settings to allow pop-up windows from Availity Essentials and redirects from third-party websites to display.

Pop-up and redirect blockers might be part of your browser or a separate application such as a third-party browser toolbar or anti-spyware software. If not configured properly, pop-up and redirect blockers might prevent help topics and third-party websites accessed from Availity Essentials from displaying.
