Get password support via chat – administrators
Administrators can get password support through Availity's chat application
If you are the Availity Essentials administrator for your organization, you can get password support via a chat session with Availity Client Services.
Note: The chat feature is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to
8:00 PM (Eastern time).

Select get support in step 4 of the instructions in the
password reset message window.

On the page that displays, answer the questions and complete the fields
provided with the following information, and then select
Next.

Your customer ID or tax ID

Your last name
-
Your email address
-
Your user ID
-
- Select Start Chat.
