Get password support via chat – administrators

Administrators can get password support through Availity's chat application

If you are the Availity Essentials administrator for your organization, you can get password support via a chat session with Availity Client Services.

Note: The chat feature is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern time).
  1. Select get support in step 4 of the instructions in the password reset message window.

  2. On the page that displays, answer the questions and complete the fields provided with the following information, and then select Next.
    • Your customer ID or tax ID

    • Your last name

    • Your email address

    • Your user ID

  3. Select Start Chat.
