Retrieve your user ID

My Account: If you have forgotten your user ID, you can retrieve it using a link on the Availity Essentials login page.

Note: Availity has given a fresh, new look to the login page. When you notice the new login screens (windows), continue to log in to Availity Essentials with your existing username and password and follow the steps to login. Some users may have already seen the new screens.

If you've forgotten your user ID, you can retrieve it using a link on the Availity Essentials login page. Availity will send you an email message containing your user ID. If you do not have an email address set up for your user account, contact your administrator for help.

  1. On the Availity Essentials login page, select Forgot your user ID?.
  2. On the Retrieve your user ID page, enter your email address, and then select Next.

    Enter your email address prompt to retrieve your user ID.

  3. Check your email for a message from do-not-reply@availity.com containing your user ID.
